  3.   Treatment Plan Discussion: Based on the evaluation findings, your physical therapist will discuss your treatment plan, outlining the goals, procedures, and expected outcomes.
  4.   Initial Treatment Session: If appropriate, your first visit may include the initiation of your treatment plan, which may involve exercises, manual therapy techniques, or other interventions.

For your comfort and safety, please wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement. Loose-fitting athletic wear is generally recommended. Avoid restrictive clothing or jewelry that may hinder your physical movements during therapy.
